How do I open a support ticket?

  1. First, you need to open a LoopCloud Account with us. See the Register and Log in page for information on how to open an account.
  2. Next, visit our support portal at
    1. Click New Support Ticket.
    2. Select a product and enter all required fields.
    3. Please provide a detailed description of the issue in the Description field to ensure the fastest possible resolution time.
  3. Click Submit once the ticket is ready.
  • You should receive an email with the ticket number when the ticket is successfully created.

How do I request and activate product licenses?

  • Contact a Litmus Automation representative to request a license key for a product.
  • See the License Management page for information on how to activate a product with a license key.
