How do I open a support ticket?
- First, you need to open a LoopCloud Account with us. See the Register and Log in page for information on how to open an account.
- Next, visit our support portal at support.litmusautomation.com
- Click New Support Ticket.
- Select a product and enter all required fields.
- Please provide a detailed description of the issue in the Description field to ensure the fastest possible resolution time.
- Click Submit once the ticket is ready.
- You should receive an email with the ticket number when the ticket is successfully created.
How do I request and activate product licenses?
- Contact a Litmus Automation representative to request a license key for a product.
- See the License Management page for information on how to activate a product with a license key.
